Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused and knowledgeable Powersports Parts Counter Person to join our Lancaster Honda and Powersports team in Lancaster Pennsylvania. As a vital member of the Jones Family of Dealerships you will play a key role in assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs while providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Powersports outstanding customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in person over the phone and via email.
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for their Powersports or Motorcycle needs.
- Process parts orders including pulling packing and shippingparts to customers.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
- Keep uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a powersports dealership or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Powersports vehicles parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with parts management software.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 pounds.
