Boeings India engineering team is currently looking for an Engineering Integration Specialist who will work closely with the leadership across the enterprise to run the daytoday operations of our engineering capabilities in India. The position reports to Manager Engineering Integration based out of Bangalore. This team is responsible for business operations and supports the Chief of Staff to Managing Director Boeing India Engineering and Technology Centre (BIETC).
Position Responsibilities:
Position encompasses a variety of responsibilities around Boeings engineering and business operations in India across multiple geographical sites.
Define implement maintain and improve processes tools and metrics that govern and support the operations.
Own and run the operations reviews end to end. Enabling senior leadership to make timely data driven decisions on key choices the organization needs to make.
Collaboration with support functions to ensure engineering teams requirements are met.
Data collection analysis and interpretation to resolve operational issues.
Ability to present the reports to senior leadership
Support ad hoc special projects for future operational readiness of the BIETC teams.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A Bachelors degree () or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
Education and experience acquired through MBA/PGDM masters degree/diploma and Engineering bachelors degree is a must with 8 to 12 years of experience
Past experience in business operations strategy project management roles
Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of tools like Power BI Tableau etc.

Attention to detail and bias for action
High sense of ownership and inclination to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Ability to deliver on timesensitive activities with high quality output

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 7 years related work experience.
