Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop business relationships with key IT sector clients emphasizing longterm business growth.
- Utilize digital tools and software for lead generation market research and client engagement
- Drive new business acquisition while developing existing client relationships with innovative IT contract and permanent staffing solutions.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and actively engage in industry events for lead generation.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and technological advancements to provide cuttingedge solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development or sales within the IT industry with a focus on digital proficiency.
- Experience in a leadership position of other Business Development Managers
- Come with local market knowledge and established client base
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business IT Marketing) or related experience.
- Strong communication and strategic skills.
- Independent and teamoriented work ethic.
