Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth and Scalability:
- Design and maintain an organizational chart aligned with aggressive growth goals
- Build and implement KPIs SOPs and QA/QC systems to support 2025 annual revenue growth while protecting profit margins
- Optimize projectlevel performance and overall operational efficiency
Operational Excellence:
- Standardize internal workflows and processes to ensure consistent highquality results
- Achieve 90 percent or higher ontime withinbudget project delivery
- Develop scalable infrastructure that supports future service expansions
Team Leadership:
- Recruit mentor and build a highperformance leadership team
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all departments
- Establish strong communication and leadership development practices
Financial Performance:
- Lead budgeting forecasting and companywide financial planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs to drive productivity profitability and operational discipline
- Identify costsaving opportunities and deliver sustainable longterm growth
CrossFunctional Integration:
- Create strong connections between engineering sales project management and finance teams
- Ensure complete organizational alignment through structured communication and planning
Strategic :
- Translate the CEOs strategic direction into actionable quarterly and annual plans
- Lead operational rollouts of new initiatives service offerings and geographic expansions
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling operations in highgrowth environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to apply financial insights to operational decisions
- Exceptional critical thinking problemsolving and skills
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Finance or related field preferred; MBA is a plus but not required
