A global tech innovator is looking for an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Account Manager (Germanspeaking) to join its onsite team in Mlaga. What Youll Be Doing
As an Account Manager in the Cloud Solutions space youll be at the frontline of digital transformationguiding businesses through their cloud adoption journey while building strong lasting relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of clients delivering a strong and lasting first impression

Driving the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals

Engaging and advising SMB clients on how Microsoft Cloud can solve their business needs

Maximizing upsell and crosssell opportunities through collaboration with internal experts
-
Managing and nurturing customer accounts understanding their growth goals
-
Positioning cloudbased solutions effectively in a competitive landscape

Capturing the Voice of the Customer and sharing insights for business improvement
What You Bring
-
Fluent/Bilingual in German and proficient in English
-
23 years of sales experience ideally in IT or cloud technologies
-
Experience in account management customer engagement or a similar clientfacing role
-
Familiarity with modern sales tools & techniques including CRM platforms
-
Confident selling Microsoft solutions (Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar SaaS products
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Selfstarter with a proven record of exceeding targets
-
Basic knowledge of the IT industry and cloud ecosystems
-
Motivation to grow in a dynamic international environment
Bonus points if you have:
Microsoft certifications (Fundamentals in Azure Modern Workplace or BizApps)
Background in B2B cloud or SaaS product sales
