Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls from our customers.
Welcome and advise our customers.
Offer personalised solutions on every call.
Live the companys culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.
Requirements:
Nativelevel French and proficient English.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Detailoriented with a cando attitude.
Being based in Porto.
Holder of EU citizenship or
Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)
Five working days with two days off.
Daysoff are depending on the shift schedules
