You will report to the Change & Communications Manager within Team Ops a transverse team that contributes to the success of the Online Services organization by streamlining operations crossfunctional projects and processes and promoting effective communication.
As Graphic Designer Assistant your role will be to support all Online Services teams in the production of the communication assets (visualization layout videos) with a primary focus on Online Services global communications. More specifically this involves:

If your application is chosen you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if youre the job description matches your profile but also to what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
