- Define and implement effective strategic digital marketing initiatives by leveraging marketing technology to drive customer acquisitions farmer education and engagement
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Design build and maintain all relevant social media accounts
- Create and implement all website search engine optimization database marketing email social media and display advertising campaigns
- Customers experience management and the effective use of tools and tracking to build customer profiles
- Manage and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Liaison with marketing services and external agencies in relation to content generation and
- Measure and report performance of all marketing channels including (but not limited to) traditional campaign activities as well as online marketing initiatives
- Support marketing team including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change
- Collect and analyse market data/trends including aspects such as changes in customer needs introduction of new technologies changes in regulation and government initiatives to identify opportunities to further business growth
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas customers partnerships products and services or new ways to enter existing markets according to portfolio marketing and sales strategies
- Manage effective collaboration and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders provide training develop relevant marketing materials and communication plans
- Develops digital marketing capabilities across the organization by providing information educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
- Develop and support a culture of process excellence optimization and simplicity though effective partnering with support functions

- Customer Experience Management Customer Journey Mapping and Lead Nurturing Experience preferred
