We are looking for a Digital Marketer / Admin Officer who s as comfortable launching a leadgen campaign as they are coordinating a team meeting across time zones. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who s techsavvy selfdriven and thrives in a digitalfirst work culture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Duties:
- Plan execute and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn etc.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media blogs and email newsletters
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies (SEO SEM CRO)
- Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress Wix)
- Manage CRM tools and lead generation systems (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot Mailchimp)
- Coordinate graphic design and video editing for digital campaigns
- Monitor trends competitors and industry changes to keep strategies fresh and effective
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general office administration and clerical tasks
- Manage document filing calendar scheduling and correspondence
- Prepare reports presentations and internal memos as required
- Provide administrative support for meetings travel arrangements and office supplies
- Liaise with vendors customers and service providers
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Admin Communications or related field
- 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or administrative role
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager SEO tools)
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and techsavvy
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required):
- Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite)
- Experience with marketing automation
- Familiarity with Zoho products or similar cloudbased business tools
