Your Tasks
- Support by phone Answer incoming calls and reach out proactively to guide healthcare professionals.
- Train users Teach professionals how to use the platform effectively over the phone.
- Handle emails Quickly respond to requests and solve issues.
- Answer questions Help clients understand the product and make the most of it.
- Work with other teams Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to ensure users are happy.
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in French
- English level B2
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools and software
- Team spirit and a helpful attitude
- Eagerness to learn and support others
- Focus on customer satisfaction and problemsolving
