Summaryof Position: TheRecruiter is a key player in building Rebel Athletics dynamic and diverse teamby leading fullcycle recruitment for positions across all departments. Basedin Dallas TX this individual will use their expertise to identify toptiertalent manage candidate experience and ensure hiring aligns with companyculture and business goals. With 5 years of experience in recruiting thisperson thrives in a fastpaced environment is relationshipdriven and has apassion for people and brand storytelling.

As the face of the recruitment function the Recruiter will partner with hiringmanagers drive employer branding initiatives and implement strategies toattract top talent from across the country while ensuring a streamlined andexceptional candidate experience.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

FullCycleRecruitment
Manage the endtoend recruitingprocess including job postings sourcing screening interviewing and closingcandidates.
Build and maintain a strongcandidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers tounderstand department goals and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

CandidateExperience & Employer Branding
Deliver a consistenthighquality experience for all candidates reinforcing Rebels reputation asan employer of choice.
Represent Rebel Athletic at jobfairs career events and networking functions.
Promote the Rebel brand throughsocial media recruiting campaigns job platforms and university outreach.

TalentStrategy & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with the HR andleadership team to align recruiting efforts with longterm workforce planning.
Analyze hiring data and metricsto improve timetofill candidate quality and process efficiency.
Recommend and implement bestpractices in recruitment including diversity hiring and structured interviews.

Technology& Process Optimization
Utilize recruiting tools andplatforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed ATS platforms) to maximizesourcing effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and organizedcandidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Identify opportunities to improveand automate recruitment workflows using AIbased tools where applicable.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Communications or related field preferred.
8 years of professionalrecruitment experience in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Proven track record ofsuccessfully filling a variety of roles from entrylevel to leadership.
Strong sourcing andrelationshipbuilding skills with passive candidates.
Proficiency in using ATS systemssourcing tools and social media for recruiting.
Deep understanding of currenthiring trends and employment laws.
Excellent communication andorganizational skills.
Ability to manage multiplesearches simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Must reside in the Dallas/FortWorth area and be available for inoffice collaboration and events.

WorkingConditions: Thisrole operates in a hybrid environment combining remote flexibility withonsite collaboration at Rebel Athletics Dallas HQ.
