You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPlan schedule and coordinate international air and domestic shipments.
Handle sensitive and hightech equipment logistics.
Interact with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare shipping documentation for assigned regions/customers.
Track and trace both inbound and outbound shipments.
Coordinate urgent or oversized inbound deliveries to manufacturing sites.
Maintain logistics department metrics and records.
Resolve a variety of shippingrelated issues using good judgment and industry knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and multitasking ability.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
Knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations.
Understanding of letters of credit (preferred).
Hazardous Material Certification (a plus).
Bachelors Degree 2 years of experience in international shipping/traffic operations.
Associates Degree 5 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of U.S. export documentation and import regulations.
