SUMMARY

Roles Responsibilities
Resolve in-depth security request for access to applications systems and file shares.
Resolve requests for new employee onboarding as well as emergent offboarding of departing staff or terminations.
Apply the standards for managing network accounts and active directory groups ensuring accurate ownership and usage
Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted performance metrics and objectives.
Analyze and recommend process and procedure improvements to enhance the customer experience on an ongoing basis.
Use the designated tools and technologies to manage and control user access across applications and network resources
Appropriately document all required information into the ticketing system.
Effectively escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team to ensure that the customer issue gets resolved.
Learn and understand the full landscape of identity and access management within the organization.

Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent/and minimum of one-year experience supporting troubleshooting and repairing PCs.
Experience with Service Now
Active Directory knowledge and experience -- Understanding of MS Active Directory LDAP and SSO (Single Sign-On) is advantageous.
Epic knowledge a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles
Must keep UnityBPO patient and client information confidential.
Working Conditions
Required to sit walk stand bend over or stoop on a regular basis.
Travel may be required
Ability to operate a computer keyboard mouse and to handle other computer components
Flexibility to work off schedule when needed.
