The Special Event Technician II will be responsible for all preparation and maintenance of the WSRC Facilities providing a safe clean and wellmaintained facility for securing promoting and hosting a variety of Special Events. Will have minimum of 1 year experience in making minor Carpentry Plumbing and Electrical repairs; regularly inspect facilities making minor repairs or improvements and report to the Assistant to the Executive Director any necessary repairs needing materials or contracted vendor requests.
Will complete set up and tear down of WSRC held Events providing access to secured areas as needed for lessees to view set up hold and tear down Lessee held events. Special Event Tech II will serve as Supervisor of Special Events Technician I and any volunteers assisting with Special Event operations in locations other than shooting ranges. Will ensure all tasks are completed in timely manner while operating in compliance with all lDNR methods and procedures. and assist in providing oversight of Special Event Scorer/Loaders.
