Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using search tools and technologies including browser plugins and automation programs.
- Uptodate knowledge of sourcing trends and techniques with a willingness to explore new tools and life hacks.
- Ability to tailor communication strategies to different candidates and understand their unique advantages.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Lever.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to deepen knowledge in analytics.
- Selforganized with the ability to manage vacancies across various domains while effectively communicating with recruiters and hiring managers.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of any second foreign language(Spanish Italian French German Polish etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill candidate pipelines.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including Boolean search Github Linkedin Recruiter social networks and alternative sources.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with the companys talent attraction strategy.
- Track and analyze candidate metrics including passive candidate engagement and interview conversions.
