About you

  • Develop design and artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch (including branding logos etc)
  • Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts working to create adaptations and updates from existing materials
  • Work in partnership with the design and copy teams along with the brand project management and production teams on briefs and project deliverables
  • Ensure that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print (final artworks) and digital creative executions (source files).
  • Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects
  • Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines
  • Ability to develop colour palettes stylesheets as per directions
  • Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements
  • Campaign creative concept development desirable but not essential

Ideal Profile

  • Should possess 35 years digital and print design experience including User Interface design ideally with a mix of agency and clientside experience. Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies.
  • Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign; additional platforms such as Firefly Figma and Sketch/3D a plus
  • Bachelors degree in digital arts/graphic design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles
  • An understanding of layout principles and the cause and effect of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles
  • Motion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects would be a key advantage
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work
  • Working knowledge of print 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all
    standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with
    asset delivery experience
  • Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira
  • Have a detailoriented mind be wellorganized and be able to thrive in a deadlinedriven environmentwith strong attention to detail
  • Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have a collaborative approach
