Role
Voodoo is looking for a Creative Strategist to join its Creative team. The Creative team primarily produces Ad creatives aiming to attract new users tests its performance and adjusts the campaigns accordingly. As a key player in this team and in our organization you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategic direction covering the entire Voodoos portfolio of games and apps. Hence you will play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.
Responsibilities
Lead creative vision strategy and creative directions per game/app challenge Creative Leads guidelines prioritization and standards of on a weekly basis
Mobile gaming benchmarks: overall vs. specific game segments (e.g. Match3
Apps benchmarks: direct competitors of Blitz Wizz WeMoms and future Apps
Provide firsts analyzes and deconstruction work of competitors top creatives
Ensure proper diffusion and adoption of those benchmarks among Creative Leads and Creative Producers work closely with the Data Team to enhance reporting automation
Ensure the quality of existing processes in the Creative team and propose improvements if necessary
Help identify missing creative skills and profiles to be added to the team (e.g. 3D animators) and actively participate in the associated recruitment processes
Profile
You have a solid experience in a similar role or in strategy consulting or in product marketing
Ability to envision and articulate a compelling creative vision
Strong strategic planning skills to develop comprehensive content and marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends
Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data draw insights and make informed decisions for optimizing user experiences and game performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex strategies
Ability to work collaboratively fostering creativity and maintaining open communication
Versatile mind able to learn fast and challenge businessasusual operations
