EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS

As a Buyer with our organization you will need to bring an advanced vision of how you will achieve the business objectives while managing a team of Associate and Assistant Buyers. We are in need for talent who seeks development but can also strategically own a business and manage a team. Collaborating weekly with the Planning team is essential and strong vendor and market relationships are essential to your success. Buyers must be strong negotiators have a great eye for fashion and understand price points for merchandise monitor sales execute promotions work closely with key marketing and ecommerce partners as well as successfully drive sales plans. Buyers will lead a team and need to motivate engage and inspire as well as provide leadership and training to others.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Do you have a Bachelors degree with at least two years of buying experience preferably in off price mass retail or other aspects of retail Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills Do you understand the market; know what is on trend today and for next season Can you forecast for upcoming trend do you shop the competition have had success leading a team and managing a business Do you have a passion for retail fashion and a strong desire to join a team that is growing moving forward and has a history of 100 years of success If so join Bealls today!
