We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Upholsterer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in upholstering chairs panels and other office furnishings ensuring highquality finishes that meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gluing materials securely.
• Using staple guns to attach fabric and padding.
• Stretching fabric to ensure a smooth and professional finish.
• Measuring and cutting fabric accurately to fit furniture specifications.
• Inserting and positioning padding for comfort and durability.
• Applying webbing to support furniture structure.
• Stripping and reupholstering existing furniture replacing materials as needed.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and durability.
• Operating industrial sewing machines and other upholstery tools safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in upholstery
• Strong handeye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to measure cut and sew fabric accurately.
• Experience with industrial upholstery tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work with precision.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of different types of upholstery fabrics and materials.
• Experience with patternmaking and fabric layout.
