We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Delivery Lead to coordinare the endtoend delivery of complex system solutions in an international environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding crossfunctional teams ensuring project success through effective stakeholder communication Agile leadership and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Experience working in the IT Banking or Insurance sectors and a deep understanding of the Scrum framework are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the full delivery lifecycle of complex system solutions ensuring control over project scope timeline and constraints.
Define and agree on delivery approaches within the project team.
Manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).
Oversee and ensure adherence to Scrum practices promoting team productivity and Agile values.
Take ownership of project risks and issues driving visibility and resolution.
Lead efficiency improvements in project delivery processes.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to project team members.
Deliver progress updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Manage scope schedule and cost changes to maintain an accurate and accepted project plan.
Remove team impediments or support the team in resolving them.
Facilitate open discussions decisionmaking and conflict resolution.
Act as a liaison between project teams and management.
Foster close cooperation across roles and departments.
Protect the team from external disruptions serving as a facilitator rather than a directive leader.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager Delivery Manager or Delivery Lead role.
Proven experience in delivering software services to international clients.
Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal facilitation and coaching skills.
Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams effectively.
Committed to the continuous development of individual and team capabilities.
Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven approach.
Awareness of all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis design development and testing.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Deep understanding and handson application of Scrum theory practices and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work with diverse teams in a deliveryfocused environment.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Leadership & Influence Ability to inspire motivate and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
Communication Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Agile & Scrum Knowledge Strong grasp of Agile principles particularly Scrum and the ability to apply them practically.
Risk Management Proactive identification and resolution of risks and issues.
Team Facilitation Create a safe and productive team environment; facilitate ceremonies and collaboration.
Client Orientation Focused on delivering business value and managing client relationships effectively.
