Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Valet Parking Attendant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and enjoy working in a prestigious fastpaced environment we would love to hear from you.
Your tasks will include:
Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
Safely park and retrieve guests vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs responding to requests promptly efficiently and courteously
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities services and local attractions.
Assist with luggage and other guest requests as needed.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while delivering exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications :
A full Victorian full drivers license essential
Prior experience in a customer service or valet parking role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles with care and confidence.
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Professional wellpresented and proactive.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
