Job Description
- F&B
- RevMAX
- Report to Director of Revenue Management and support them with their daytoday tasks
- Implement changes to the RM strategy for rooms as well as F&B
- Auditing channels to improve guest experience during their booking journey
- Maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures to make sure that the Distribution Health Score is prioritized
- Attend the RevMAX to be a part of the strategy discussion
Qualifications :
- 45
- :
- TL
- Experience working in a similar role (revenue distribution or reservation team) in a 45 star hotel
- Experience with Accor is preferred
- Written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese are required
- Experience with systems such as:
- Opera Cloud
- Lesa Web
- TL Lincoln
- Table Check
- Ikyu Restaurant
- Hot Pepper etc.
- Must be flexible in responding to process changes according to business needs

- Part of the International Accor global and hotel team.
- Employee meals while on shift yearly anniversary stay.
- Career progression within the hotel and the Accor network.
