DEINE ROLLE BEI SIXT

• You will complete an exciting 18month trainee program that takes you through the Revenue Management department at SIXT covering everything from Pricing and Yield to Product Management Strategic Planning Loyalty Management and diverse interfaces like Data Science Controlling and Operations its all included!
• You will actively participate in international company projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Revenue Management
• You will take part in various trainings (both soft and hard skills) get to know leaders from different departments and build a crossfunctional companywide network
• You will be supported in your professional and personal development through an individual development plan and a dedicated mentor

DEINE FHIGKEITEN ZHLEN

• Education You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics Mathematics Statistics Business Administration or a related field
• Experience You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student jobs ideally in analytical or strategic areas
• Tools You have strong skills in MS Excel ideally some initial experience with SQL and youre eager to learn new tools
• Soft Skills You have the ability to understand and explain complex topics are highly numerate and precise work comes naturally to you
• Languages: You are fluent in English both written and spoken German and other language skills are a plus

Pricing focuses on marketoriented and marginsoptimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create longterm value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and priceoriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
