Job Description

This is a great opportunity to build your career in the field of facilities management. As a key member of the facilities management team you will foster key relationships with tenants service providers and clients whilst also making recommendations to improve the buildings overall performance risk profiles presentation and condition.

This varied role will see you working closely with our Facilities Management team across different business segments to learn the requirements of how to efficiently manage the daytoday operations of key retail sites across Newcastle and Sydney.

In addition you will;

  • Assist and oversee the maintenance and operation of building services
  • Provide maintenance advice ensuring clients quality and safety targets are met
  • Assist and ensure all planned preventative maintenance programmes are clearly documented maintained and completed on time.
  • Assist and oversee projectbased work including fitouts and refurbishments
  • Assist the team with the daytoday administrative components and responsibilities such as work orders audit reports budget management client reporting risk management permits reactive works as examples.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have strong communication and IT skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver key outcomes for Colliers and the client.

It is highly desirable that you are competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel with strong capabilities to learn and operate various Facilities Management online platforms.
