Job Description
Generic Responsabilities:
- Supports the maintenance and operation of facilities by identifying and resolving issues conducting inspections and ensuring facilities are clean safe and well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements codes and standards including environmental health and safety regulations to minimize risk and liability for the company.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manages vendor relationships by coordinating vendor activities ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining relationships to ensure high-quality services that meet organizational needs.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations by monitoring facilities for compliance maintaining records and providing training to staff to prevent accidents injuries and health hazards.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or replace technical systems and equipment and develop cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions.
Qualifications :
Main requirements:
- Degree in related field;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools mainly excel;
- Experience in similar roles (big plus):
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).
Other requirements:
- Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Negotiation techniques;
- Willingness to learn and evolve;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Time management;
- Collaboration.

Tomorrow you attend a conference led by influential speakers in your industry and the day after you will work from home benefitting from some focus time to complete that report and soft skills course on LinkedIn Learning. Once you are done with your work for the day strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session. If that is too steady for you meet your colleagues to catch some waves or sail the Douro river during golden hour.
