Job Description

The Opportunity

As Flywire continues to scale the business in China we are looking for an energetic and motivated Relationship Manager to work in our Global Agents Team. 

This position will be in the Education Agent Team (China) and focus on the of strategies and tactics designed to increase user growth support existing clients improve retention identify opportunities for improvement develop local agent networks provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure EDU Agents understand Flywires platform.

In this role you will:

  • Assist the Flywire Agents team to liaise and build relationships with crucial points of contact in China.
  • Assist and consult on strategic plans for each potential agent partner to maximize user utilization and growth.
  • Become an expert user of the Flywire Agent Platform
  • Assist and manage onboarding process for new agents and partners (f2f or virtual.
  • Present products and services to agents and partners in an informative educational and consultative manner.
  • Organize materials and attend events and expos where Flywire is present.
  • Provide support to existing agents and partners. Be the go to person in country for inquiries and questions.
  • Work with agents and partners to increase payer utilization.
  • Maintain effective communications across multiple offices.
  • Identify new opportunities and work closely with Senior Leadership globally to identify and execute strategies in China.
     

The role will report to the Relationship Manager Lead China East Region


Qualifications :

Heres What Were Looking For:

  • 5 years or more of experience in International Education China outbound.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient presentation skills and ability to address all levels including senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal analytical and planning skills.
  • Problem solving and project management skills.
  • The ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in the higher education industry (helpful).
  • Salesforce experience (a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal analytical and planning skills.
