Purpose of the Job
To manage and administer a number of Ocorian Group entities and provide a highquality service to the business in line with Group policies on compliance governance and risk management.
Main Responsibilities
Proactively undertaking the daytoday management and administration of a number of Ocorian group entities to include:
- Convening meetings and preparing notices for directors and any subcommittees and any ancillary documentation attending meetings and completing minutes
- Maintaining statutory records minute books workspaces and databases to ensure uptodate information is available upon request at all times
- Completing various statutory filings in accordance with local company legislation and regulatory requirements
- Supporting audits
- Ensuring local boards have adopted Group Policies
- Assisting with legal entity simplification projects and board rationalisation
- Providing general support as required to cleanse inhouse repository platforms
- Working with senior management locally and Groupwide when required
- Completing adhoc projects following any mergers and / or Group acquisitions
- Carrying out any function / activity as reasonably required by the Head of Governance from time to time
- Facilitating best practice exchange within the Governance community and driving efficiencies where possible.

Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Ideally have completed a professional / relevant qualification (e.g. ICSA)
- Ideally at least 5 years experience in Governance / Company Secretarial / financial services environment with good minute writing experience
- Proficient IT skills
- NAV / Board Intelligence / SharePoint experience desirable but not essential as training can be provided
