We are currently seeking to recruit a fulltime permanent Senior Admissions Adviser within the Department of Student Services. This will be a great opportunity for a confident and experienced individual who can not only deliver on the operational aspects of the role contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures for Applications and Admission working alongside Admissions Team Leaders. You will be reviewing and making recommendations on improvements and taking this through to implementation. Leading the review and approval of application and admission related information for publication managing the Oracle Service Cloud content. You will also be focused on the transfer/cross credit process creating the process and making it functional. While in the Senior role you will also lead training improvements related to Applications and Admissions that are in line with the Universitys strategic objectives and driving towards achieving agreed KPIs.
This role will be primarily be based in the City Campus but will need to be flexible to work across different faculties across campuses and it will need someone that is agile and forward thinking.
This is a fulltime 37.5hoursperweek on a permanent contract. The salary range for this role is $72000 $75000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
