Job Description
We are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in commercial marketing to join us on our 2year graduate development pathway.
We are looking for a bright curious and analytical graduate to help our team deliver a wide set of projects across Marketing Sales and Customer Experience. The role will give exposure to many of the day to day activities typical in a commercial role and will provide a mixture of structured activities as well as the opportunity to own and develop your own projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Analysis of data and the development of useful trends and insights
Project management support for a team of 5 people
Coordination and development of training materials in multiple languages
Provide reporting on the progress of sales and marketing campaigns
The Graduate Pathway
Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.
This exciting twoyear program includes integration development and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role with a mentor to guide you and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
Relevant degree (advantageous though not required)
Strong communication skills
Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley UK on a semiregular basis
Applicants based within commuting distance of any of Europe Regional office locations will be considered
Wed love to see someone who has:
