Growthdesk is looking for a talented Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team to drive campaign performance and measure the impact across various social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who is a selfstarter doesnt always need to be told what to do and can balance time and manage themselves. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills attention to detail be problemsolvers and is a multitasker.
What you will be doing:
- Provide regular internal analytics report on campaign performance (indicators) and able to provide insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Have strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user funnels and experience
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (including identification of new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies) adhering to best practice guidelines
- Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests including A/B and multivariate testing and dynamic ads optimization
Qualifications :
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visualization of Data
- At least a diploma in marketing or related fields such as analytics communication and statistics or sciences.
- At least 4 Years experience in digital marketing PPC SEM and social media especially in the optimisation of campaigns in a fulltime role
- Highly analytical and data driven. Proficient in A/B testing tracking and reporting on key metrics that measure performance in campaigns inclusive of traffic revenue conversions and ROI.
- Deep Knowledge of campaign setup ad creation for FB and Google including keyword research google analytics

- Kept abreast of the latest developments in adtech and updates of Google Facebook Instagram and Linkedin or other innovative adtech platforms
- Passionate about Digital marketing and not afraid to suggest ideas solid excel and communication skills and great attention to detail
- DaytoDay use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards
- Preferably Google Adwords Analytics certified other Google certification will be a plus
