- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat in both English and Korean.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP IF statements pivot tables conditional formatting) for data analysis and reporting.
- Process customer inquiries complaints and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problemsolving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document processing.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of Excel formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- Experience in data entry and customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong problemsolving and customer relations skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)..
