In this exciting role youll act as a key bridge between our Ecommerce Merchandising Center of Excellence (CoE) and the marketing teams in EMEA/APAC.

Youll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy.
This will involve:
Adapt and implement the global ecommerce merchandising strategy to meet regional market needs.
Create and execute localized content and campaigns for product launches promotions and customer engagement in close collaboration with marketing teams.
Develop training materials to enhance the understanding of regional ecommerce offerings for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with CoE experts to roll out ecommerce merchandising strategies through onsite tools like CMS & Optimizely and be the key user of CMS withinthe marketing teams.
Analyze and report on the performance of ecommerce marketing activities providing recommendations for optimization.
Work with Marketing Leads and teams as well as CoE Ecommerce Merchandising to ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts for a cohesive strategy.
Were looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems.
Must possess a minimum of 23 years work experience in ecommerce marketing with a strong focus on strategy .
Expertise in marketing and handson experience with onsite tools (e.g. CMS Optimizely) and content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience in developing training and onboarding materials for diverse audiences.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools to optimize user experiences and drive conversions.
Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail Calendar Hangouts Sheets Drive).
