We are looking for a passionate individual to assist with the continual sales and business development of Viscount Reuse. This role focuses on managing developing and growing major Key Accounts in the Fresh Produce Bakery Protein Seafood and Dairy industries within Queensland. The main focus will be on the top 20 accounts for Pooling and the top 10 for the manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop Key Accounts within our pooling and manufacturing business.
- Identify business development opportunities within Key Accounts.
- Manage budget forecast and financial performance of Key Accounts.
- Review and establish strategic positioning of selling price structure and gross contribution.
- Manage Rise and Fall pricing when necessary.
- Support the implementation of new products.
- Frequent travel to key growing areas such as Gatton Bundaberg Stanthorpe Townsville Toowoomba among other areas are reuired initially this will transition to quarterly visits to each region ongoing.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a supply chain packaging or produce environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders build relationships influence and navigate conflicts.
- Project management skills including risk management forecasting and team coordination.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP and Salesforce software.
- Understanding of the circular economy and commitment to sustainability.
