This is a remote position.
Role Name: Spanish Bilingual Social Media Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Kensington Pennsylvania(Eastern Standard Time)
Paid hours per week: 45 hours

Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist you ll have the autonomy to shape and execute a dynamic social media strategy across multiple platforms transforming medical expertise into engaging accessible content. Responsibilities
- Create and execute engaging social media content strategies across Instagram TikTok Facebook and YouTube shorts
- Transform existing video content into compelling shortform posts 30 seconds to 1 minute)
- Design eyecatching thumbnails and visual assets that maintain professional medical standards
- Manage and optimize crossplatform posting schedule 3x weekly to daily)
- Edit procedure videos and educational content while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate on newsletter content creation and distribution
- Organize and maintain digital content library
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies for optimal organic growth
- Support expansion into new content formats and platforms
Requirements
- 3 years of demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
- Proven expertise in video editing software and content creation tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaign work
- Excellent understanding of social media best practices across multiple platforms
- Experience with content calendar management and scheduling tools
- Superior English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available during EST business hours
- HIPAA compliance knowledge or willingness to undergo training
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
- Professional discretion and attention to detail
- Proven track record of growing organic social media presence
