Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Support the ongoing SAP HCM implementation and enhancement for a major publicsector utilities project.
- Collaborate with a remote team servicing end clients in Germany.
- Engage in configuration support testing and rollout activities across SAP HCM modules.
- Provide expertise in Personnel Administration Organisational Management Time Management or Payroll.
- Contribute to SAP ABAP development tasks related to HCM including custom reports enhancements (user exits BADIs) and interfaces.
- Development and maintenance of HR Forms and HRspecific infotypes.
- Support for SAP Scripts / SmartForms and workflow design where applicable.
- Work closely with the functional team to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
- 5 years of handson experience with SAP HCM in both functional and technical capacities.
- Proven ABAP development experience within SAP HCM including enhancements and interface development would be great
- Experience working in a remote collaborative environment with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 days/week with flexibility to scale up to fulltime.
- Familiarity with public sector or utilities projects is an advantage.
- 100 remote work from anywhere in South Africa.
- Paid in Euros.
- Flexible schedule: 23 days/week with the option to expand to 5 days/week.
- 6month initial contract with a high chance of extension.
- Join a growing remote SAP team with other professionals already operating from Cape Town as the project aims to scale to 100 consultants.
