Position: Engineer Manufacturing System (MES)
Organization: Cyient DLM Limited Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MES Engineer to design develop implement and maintain Manufacturing Systems (MES) to optimize production processes. The MES Engineer will work closely with IT automation and production teams to ensure seamless integration of MES solutions with manufacturing operations.
Implement MES solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Configure and maintain MES applications ensuring smooth integration with ERP SCADA and PLC systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production IT and automation to define system requirements.
Troubleshoot MESrelated hardware and software issues to minimize production downtime.
Execute test plans to validate MES functionality and performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in manufacturing technology.
Provide training and technical support to plant personnel on MES functionalities.
Monitor MES performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Maintain and update MES documentation including process flows user manuals and system configurations.
