Job Description
The Role
Your focus will be on moving fast shipping and getting feedback and iterating on ideas that improve Hakunas products. You will be contributing to shaping our engineering culture and the future of our company.
Your responsibilities
- You will take ownership of projects endtoend and be involved in all phases of development (i.e. architecture design implementation and operation)
- You will collaborate with team members and other departments to refine product features and brainstorm ideas
- You will contribute to all of Hakunas products and be part of an innovative embedded insurance application
- You will develop and maintain code that meets our standards and best practices for a highscale web environment
Your profile
- You have at least 4 years of experience with web development in a commercial environment
- You have experience with Javascript and/or Typescript AWS serverless React and NodeJS
- You have strong technical skills and an ability to work across backend frontend and infrastructure
- You have a desire to work independently with a broad scope of ownership and a high degree of autonomy
- You have a background in building distributed scalable services
- You are comfortable making tradeoffs between quality and delivery speed
- You have effective communication skills and a positive and solutionoriented mindset
