HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Location: Tallahassee FL
As the Director of Marketing and Communications you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Communications Officer/VP for planning and overseeing communication strategies that promote Tallahassee Memorial HealthCares culture initiatives mission and vision.
The Director of Marketing and Communicationsis responsible for:
- Directs all Marketing & Communications Department and Guest Services Department.
- Completes program development projects of quantitative and qualitative natures under the direction of the CCO/VP.
- Monitors researches analyzes prepares and presents written and verbal reports on internal environmental and strategic topics identified by senior managers as service line and marketing performance determinants.
- Works collaboratively with physician leaders senior managers and outside organizations to identify communicate and assist in implementing program initiatives proactively.

- Chief Communications Officer/VP (Vice President)

- PR/Communications Strategist
- PR/Sr Comm Strategist
- Marketing Recruitment Strategist
- Manager Marketing Communications
- Manager Internal Communications
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Education:
- Required: Bachelors degree in marketing public relations healthcare administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
- Five 5 years of relevant jobrelated experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience completing strategic projects with a business development marketing strategic planning or hospital operations department.
