Job Description
Receives examines and records the receipt of goods stores goods in proper storage places; receives delivery orders; withdraws goods from stock checking for required commodity size and lot; posts incoming and outgoing commodities to perpetual inventory stock. Lifts loads and moves heavy objects on a regular basis. 1. Working Indoors 60 and Outdoors 40 2. Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 10 pounds 3. Frequent lifting of objects weighing 25 pounds or greater 4. Frequent pushing/pulling objects weighing 25 pounds or greater 5. Frequent reaching for objects at above and below shoulder 6. Frequent twisting at waist and stretching to reach objects 7. Occasional fine manipulation with hands 8. Frequent simple grasping; occasional power grasping 9. Basic math skills (add subtract multiply divide) 10. Reading skills including understanding written direction 11. Writing skills in preparing and organizing documents 12. Keyboard skills 13. Must be able to drive a University vehicle
