We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated dynamic and resultsdriven are looking for someone capable and proactive in leading and coordinating an integral part of our service.

Location: Manchester
Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: 35220..91 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)
Fulltime hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For parttime roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role:
- Provide leadership support and development to a dedicated team of staff.
- Encourage your team to promote hope empowerment choices and opportunities and to reach their full potential.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between outreach hospital liaison and communitybased alcohol services fostering ajoinedup approach to service user care and support.
- Lead on operational delivery of interventions.
About You:
- You thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- You have a genuine passion for delivering recoveryfocused services.
- You can inspire lead and develop your team.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
