The Project Coordinator supports the planning and completion of projects across different departments. This role involves coordinating project activities managing timelines and ensuring effective communication among team members. Additionally the Project Coordinator may be assigned to manage or support departmentlevel projects independently. The role also includes supporting compliance and other Finance activities as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Plan and facilitate the PMO approval committee and track projects approved by the committee for the PMO project roadmap.
  • Work closely with functional areas to ensure their department roadmaps are integrated with the PMO project roadmap as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Track and report project performance by tracking assignments budgets and progress as well as helping to identify communicate and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain project management tools and templates.
  • Scope plan and manage departmentlevel projects as assigned.
  • Plan and facilitate crossdepartment operational meetings.
  • Assist in completion of compliance tasks and audits.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the organizations vision mission values code of ethics and compliance/security standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management fundamentals and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio and project management applications.
  • Familiarity with using AI to improve processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
