Position Summary
Aim High has bold goals to dramatically expand its impact. This expansion requires significant philanthropic investment including major gifts from individual donors.
As the Major Gifts Officer you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual donors with a focus on securing five and sixfigure gifts. Reporting to the Vice President of Development you will work closely with the CEO Board of Trustees and philanthropy team to cultivate solicit and steward donors who are deeply committed to Aim Highs mission. If you thrive on building meaningful relationships have a track record of securing major gifts and are excited to connect donors to transformational opportunities this is the role for you.
