You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial and Employee Relations Advisor to join our dynamic team. This critical role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by providing expert advice and support on complex Industrial Relations (IR) and Human Resource (HR) matters.
The Position
Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation including Group Workforce and Employee and Industrial Relations teams you will:
Provide strategic and operational advice on a broad range of complex IR and HR issues.
Manage casework including performance management grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
Interpret awards enterprise agreements and employment legislation to guide management actions and decisions.
Lead negotiations and consultations with unions employee representatives and internal stakeholders.
Monitor emerging trends and legislative changes to recommend proactive strategies.
Develop and deliver IR/HR training programs to build leadership capability.
It is essential you have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of human resources employee relations and industrial relations issues along with experience in the interpretation and application of employment/industrial legislation awards agreements policies and procedures.
To succeed you will be passionate about the industry with a strong understanding of the intricacies of the environment including a commitment in providing outstanding service and the capability of working autonomously and in collaboration with key stakeholders to support and deliver results across all areas of the function.

We can offer you
Salary: $119000 to $133000 per annum plus 11.5 superannuation
Fixed Term Full Time position until January 2026 covering parental leave
Located in Perth or Melbourne
