Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- 34 years of labor & employment experience with a strong background in California employment litigation
- Active California Bar membership or eligibility to waive in
- Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced highperformance environment
Compensation & Career Advancement:
- Base Salary Range: $225000 $250000 (compensation based on experience level)
- Path to Senior Counsel & Partnership Opportunities for advancement based on performance contributions and firm needs
- Business Development Support Reimbursement for client development activities with additional firmsponsored coaching for attorneys achieving 250 business development hours in a performance year
