Job Description
The Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) isall about willing to learn more about the IT cloud and infrastructure domains and its processes. After the initial training period the HCI Platform Analyst will be working with the team participating in tasks and projects aiming at managing infrastructure systems monitoring and observing platforms.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 guidance for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems;
- Ticketing system operations;
- 24x7 L1 support and tasks for Server Infrastructure Workloads (Windows Linux) Storage Platforms Backup Systems Cloud (Azure AWS) Virtualization and other infrastructure workloads;
- Cross technologies Monitoring and Incident Support;
- Troubleshoot issues;
- Assure the operation of Hardware and Software systems;
- Conduct all preparative actions to ensure full operation and availability of the environment;
- Take all preparative actions to ensure quality and continuous optimization based on service levels.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Willing to learn and extend their technical skills;
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members;
- Work with appropriate technologies tools and frameworks to support the services delivered.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience at Stefanini.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Selfmotivated proactive and adaptable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS Storage Backup or similar infrastructure.
- Methodical disciplined and eager to learn.
Other Requirements:
- English Business Fluent;
- Additional language is an asset.
Certification Requirements:
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 would be advantageous.
