Job Description

About the opportunity:
Contribute positively to the community by leading our dayprogram operations empowering our customers and emphasising practice leadership to our staff team fostering open communication and a culture of cohesion.
We offer a permanent coordinator position with a $41.67/hr pay rate superannuation and salary packaging.
Role Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in social science health or any other relevant professional field is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead manage and support a team of workers successfully
- Demonstrated ability in budget preparation and monitoring financial systems
- Welldeveloped time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal assessment and problemsolving skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Computer literacy in particular proficiency with Microsoft programs and the use of customer management systems
- Coordinating Dayprograms.
- Delivering on program outcomes and customer goals.
- Prioritising and meeting the competing needs of our customers and team of staff.
- Nurturing and retaining relationships with customers families and your team.
- Identifying assessing and resolving problems using an active personcentred approach
- Proactively training the team to ensure the highest standard of customer outcomes.
- Reviewing and updating rosters supporting Policy and Procedure compliance and reporting requirements
PreEmployment Requirements:
- Valid working rights.
- A current Drivers Licence and confidence to drive an accessible van.
- NSW Working with Children Checks NSW.
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Health Assessment
