We are currently seeking two Digital Services Managers to lead our teams of Digital Estimators. Dont miss this opportunity to join Australias fastest growing privately owned automotive repair network.

About the Role:
- Provide guidance coaching and support to the Digital Triage team and lead recruitment onboarding and training of new team members.
- Ensure estimates are prepared to maximise profitability.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and drive the revenue cycle to completion.
- Audit quotes & invoices for consistency and ensure the most costeffective decisions are made.
- Assist with the implementation of any new digital solutions.
- Liaise with assessors as required and review OOS decisions.
- Report on parts procurement performance and ensure metrics are being delivered.
About You:
- Must have worked in a MultiSite Operator vehicle repair environment
- 5 years experience quoting repair work
- Strong understanding of repair methods
- Familiar with automotive repair quoting software (preferably Quotimation)
- Strong IT literacy
- Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
