Help Desk Engineer
This role is a 2nd/Afternoon position.
Aktion Associates is a nationwide Cloud Hosting and Managed Service Provider and were looking to strengthen our professional services team. Were hiring Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk Support/Network Operations Center Engineer to join our staff in the Maumee Ohio headquarters.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer engagement by delivering a high level of support and timely response to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customers IT issues and addressing a wide range of issues with hosted servers as well as clients networks servers and PCs.
- Support businesscritical areas of Aktions data center customer deliverables ranging from basic user computing questions to advanced virtualization and storage.
- Tracking and resolving every customer request.
- Proven ability to solve IT issues.
Required Skills/Education
- 35 years of IT Help desk support MSP or general IT experience desired
- 02 years of experience with Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent industry experience and certification
- Understanding of network and endpoint topology
- Customer service oriented and the ability to problem solve are competencies required for this role
- Desiredknowledge of/skilled in: Microsoft Desktop and Server Active Directory Virtualization Basics and Security Practices
