Commercial Lines Account Manager
Millstone NJ (Hybrid)
Salary Range: flexible starting at $55000 $90k
Needs AMS 360 experience

with a variety of clients insurance carriers and insurance products. We have presence on several carrier
producer councils our state association (PIA of NJ) and the Young Insurance Professionals board. Were
a communitybased organization and actively volunteer and raise money for several local charities.
Summary:
Responsible for providing day to day customer service and assisting Producer in the support of the book
of business specializing in construction. This position may include independent responsibility for the
servicing and retention of assigned customers and/or policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
Initiates renewal process for existing clients and discusses and creates renewal strategy with
Producer
Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications
for marketing;
Binds insurance coverage prepares and reviews binders of insurance and delegates certificates
Prepares summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients
Notifies Producers of pertinent information related to client retention
Corresponds with clients as needed or directed by Producer
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and
maintains complete and accurate information)
Reviews policies for accuracy to match insurance requirements
Participates in the claims process as directed by management including claim submission
followup and overall communication
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education/Experience)
Associates Degree of equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of insurance related experience is preferred
Licensed in Property &Casualty insurance
