Are you a driven People & Culture professional looking for your next challenge in a collaborative and valuesled business
Were seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support our teams and leaders across a broad spectrum of people matters. Youll play a vital role in enhancing employee experience guiding leaders through people processes and fostering an inclusive highperforming workplace culture.
What youll be doing:
- Partnering with managers and employees to provide advice on people matters policies awards and legislative requirements
- Supporting cultural initiatives engagement programs and our PACE wellbeing framework
- Coordinating employee lifecycle processes including workforce planning onboarding reviews variations and offboarding
- Driving internal engagement events and supporting employee recognition training and development
What youll bring:
- Minimum four years experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation award interpretation and performance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
